Daily Parking - Friday, Saturday, & Sunday - Sold Individually
Must have PRINTED TICKET in order to park
Ticket valid from 10:00AM until 11:59PM.

Directions
Located at the Southwest corner of MoPac Expressway and Bee Cave Rd./2244. Traveling on MoPac, take the Rollingwood/2244 Exit. Coming from MoPac North, go through the stop light and take the second right into the office park. Coming from South, go left under the overpass and take the second right. Coming east down Bee Caves, turn right at the stop light at Bee Caves and the access road to MoPac and take the second right.

General Parking Conditions and Disclaimer
1. Vehicles and their contents are left in this car park at the owner’s sole risk in all respects.
2. Neither 1000 MoPac Property Owner's Association (MPOA) nor any of its servants, agents or contractors accepts liability for any theft or loss of, or damage, howsoever caused, to vehicles, accessories or contents incurred on the premises of the car park.
3. Any liability of MPOA or any of its servants, agents or contractors for personal injury, howsoever caused, suffered by any entrants to the car park is hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. The terms of section 39 of the sale of goods and supply of services act, 1980 are hereby excluded to the extent that it is fair and reasonable.
5. MPOA shall tow any vehicles not claimed by 7:00AM the day following the valid ticket date. All costs of towing and impound are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
6. The placing of a vehicle in the car park shall be deemed to be an unqualified acceptance of these conditions. Issued by 1000 MoPac Property Owner's Association.
